How Denver Janitorial Company Was Established
Janitorial has been a family business for several generations now. My father has owned his own janitorial company with great success for most of my lifetime. I have worked for him cleaning and also worked for him in an office environment. I have learned both sides of this industry and have my father to thank for teaching me how to run a successful business in this industry.

- We pay our employees more than any other janitorial company and as a result have one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry and also have the lowest amounts of customer complaints as our employees care more about their job.
- Customers always have a direct line of communication with ownership.
- We do not lock our customers into 6-12 month contracts. We only require a 30 day cancellation notice. We do not require long term contracts because we are confident you will like our services and the customer should be able to terminate us if we are not providing the standard and quality of service that meets their expectations. If not, we will not hold you hostage with bad service under a contract that has no purpose but to benefit the company. Our customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
